The challenge
Due to the individual nature of events, each stage requires a specific configuration of rigging equipment and waterproof covers. As such, Star Events face huge challenges in terms of asset and stock control in addition to all aspects of health and safety management.
The Ritchey ID solution
Ritchey ID has supplied Star Events with an RFID tagging solution to identify each individual waterproof cover as well as the box in which it is contained. The fact that each cover and box is chipped allows for efficient storage, stock control and despatch and eliminates the need for repetitive handling.
